If you are talking about alpha biting an omega to form a bond type of mating then it only counts when that omega is in heat(as per most omegaverse stories).

Its pretty awful (and has nothing to do with this manga) my best friends dad (and other relatives) has it and she might have it too : Watching someone suffer from it is hard.
