Look at Chapter 30 again, Paca had a dream, a glimpse of a burning person in a laboratory and you can see a Akatsuki look a like saying something to a girl which looks like Yuzu' sister.
Maybe Paca is th foster father of Akatsuki? And you know what the brother of Akatsuki's mother said, "Dead People Walk All Around it", which probably meant the masked or hybrid game operators because they had shown a lot of them (When Karin's big bro played the game)
Well didnt the brother say that one of the scientists gave their son to his brother in law to replace his son who died
I would have said that Paca was a different person, based on Niki's explanation, but now that I reread it again, it seems he just used "that person" and didn't exactly mentioned who exactyl it was, but based on the conversation, he might be refereing to akatsuki's foster father,

and that scene when he said "that person probably hates me now" kinda looks like when Paca released him(?) from the island... or maybe that person he's referring to is his friend who he left behind at the underground tunnels...

Yes, the novel tells you everything about their past. I think the flashbacks are longer than the actual story lol but it's very interesting. I recommend you read the whole novel because there are details that are omitted in the manga. You can read the novel on the ExR website
It switches between both so even though the overarching plot is happening in the present, there are multiple very long flashback segments that give important background info as well as a lot of character building. I’m pretty sure the first long flashback ends in chapter 19 in the novel, but since the flashbacks are separated more than they are in the manga there are still some later on.

I will read the novel then! I heard that this is the closest one to the novel, that is why I read this one first. (Don't have time to read the novel cus of school works)
So the parts that were not translated were
Euijoon saying "joah" which mean he likes it. (the sex)
When Bumgeon flipped Euijoon's position he says "If that's it then..." (Cus Euijoon says to continue(?) the part was translated)
And there was a sentence "아주... 좋아 뒤지려고 하네." and I don't undeestand that completely but Bumgeon was saying along the lines of "If you like it so much, get through this."
