those who want spoilers here. I read the raws and translated some of it…
cho manages to push himself away from baekryeong and runs to mujin. mujin comforts cho and life is good for them. we get a couple chapters of fluff but then it cuts to baekryeong sitting in a village surrounded by dead bodies, which I can only assume is the village of the children the physician took cho and mujin before :( the rest of the villagers are hung in a public execution and baekryeong undergoes the ceremony to finally become king (the one where they eat raw meat, I think it might be cannibalism??) after baekryeong becomes king, he summons mujin to the palace to have a celebratory meal but it’s awkward since baekryeong tried to provoke mujin by discussing his position as sura. they discuss the matter farther in private and baekryeong informs mujin that Cho will be coming soon and then he leaves. Cho is summoned to the palace again but begins to cry to the physician, so the physician goes in his place. baekryeong gets annoyed and forces Cho to come. he scares cho by asking him about the poison cho’s father gave him and why cho keeps resisting his advances, then he plays it off as him just teasing cho (bruh) and let’s cho leave. cho runs to mujin and starts packing a bag. Cho tells mujin they have to leave, and they both attempt to flee the capital. While they’re riding away, cho gains his memories back (
and he faints. Cho wakes up and sees mujin at his side so he panics and runs off. He rides back to the capital and goes to the physician and cries and tells him how he was right about mujin and yeah… mujin gets back to the capital to find cho and cho refuses to talk to him. Mujin grabs chos arm and gives him his glasses. (fyi at this point, mujin doesn’t know that cho regained his memories). the physician comforts Cho and baekryeong shows up and tells Cho to kill mujin. Cho attempts to kill mujin in his sleep but mujin wakes up and he stops it. cho leaves again and returns the next day to get his belongings. cho finally tells mujin that he regained his memories and mujin begins to cry. cho slaps him and leaves. later, cho is talking with the physician and mujin overhears their conversation and begins to cry and walk away. cho notices this and tries to go after him but baekryeong shows up (again…
and forces Cho into the palace. Mujin begins to hallucinate(?) the red head and he sees sura and he starts to yell but baekryeong shows up and forces mujin into the palace as well. baekryeong holds a sword to Cho’s neck and forces mujin on his knees. Baekryeong gives them the choice of mujin being present while he and cho go at it (if u know what I mean…) or they both die (I think, I stopped translating lol). mujin starts to plead with baekryeong but cho cuts him off and tells him that he’ll do it. I’m not gonna describe that whole scene but basically, mujin couldn’t handle it bc cho was crying and in pain so he leaves the room. The physician comes after the whole thing is over and takes care of Cho while mujin is watching. the three of them leave the palace and the physician and Cho share a lovers moment. mujin sees this and gets upset and begins to cry. he tries to talk with Cho but Cho would not talk and essentially tells him to fck off (). the physician points a sword at mujin and this causes mujin to spiral. the moon is red and mujin becomes sura? (I’m not too sure but his eyes turn red/blackish) and he cuts off the physicians head.
last two of chapters go through red heads experience, which was similar to Cho’s. and then it shows a past conversation Cho and mujin had before everything went to shit. they’re talking and enjoying each others company, then the chapter ends with mujins letter cho. In the letter, mujin revealed that there was a war and that he’s been fighting for about a month. It’s also revealed that Cho is still alive but in captivity somewhere. Cho is chained up and he self harms :((( mujin addresses this and writes him to stop since Cho hurting himself also hurts mujin. Mujin ends off the letter asking why won’t Cho write back to him and that he wants to hold/see him soon and that he loves him and is sorry he

oh!! also (sorry for the long replies) mujin had cut Cho’s ankles () after beheading the physician and brought them back to the capital. after, mujin k words baekryeong, and mujin (now the king) participates in a ceremony where Cho is tied to a cross. mujin makes a move to behead Cho but stops and asks him if he’s willing to live on for him. Cho realizes that he can’t defy sura and agrees.

from what remember, Cho is just scared. He realized that sura and mujin are the same and I think it’s kind of like a feeling that he can’t defy sura so he agrees to live. thank you though haha
