Okay. Just a theory. I think the seme is the monster in Frankenstein. He looks like he is sewed at the head, limbs and feet. Plus everyone seems afraid of him and he doesn’t know anything. This seems like a cool spin-off of Frankenstein and how he finally finds someone who isn’t afraid of him. I could be reaching but I see similarities.

Not to be rude. But the duke chose to be a pawn for YEARS because of his father’s ashes. Seriously. They couldn’t think of a better plot device. So, the ML is willing to die and have his close aids suffer for ashes. I get the sentiment it’s your father but he couldn’t just capture and torture the king when he came back from the first war. Just doesn’t make sense. I’m going to drop because the fl and ml both don’t have their head on straight. Fl could have communicated with her sister or ruined their family relationship with the first prince and took the princess side. While the ml could have tortured the emperor years ago and reclaimed the ashes. (P.S. the ashes probably don’t exist)
