i saw @syxx’s replies to this, @syxx said that mojito claims that the yaoi is really gonna be on season 2, which is coming on either january-june of next year
i mean, the rape scenes are technically both yaoi, and those are very much canon, the extras are just the chapters after chapter 73(official end of season 2)
but if you mean romance stuff, then yes, that will supposedly be more focused in s2

Yaoi is basically bl but used for more explicit mangas, they might not be cannon yet but the author probably wanted to make us aware that there would be explicit scenes, this involves the raws and extra chapter too :) I hope this sorta makes sense
