this story would be so good if we excluded the fucking forced romance
I REPEAT. THE STORY WITHOUT ROMANCE WOULD BE 10 TIMES BETTER.
Straight people gotta force it down our throats istg

you even made the topic title as just "straight people". So this isn't even really about the manhwa, it's just you being a toxic bxg romance hater. Just leave, it's not being forced down your throat, because it's not like this manhwa was specifically made just for you and your demands. The world doesn't revolve around you and what you want, people like you need to get over yourselves. Go touch grass.

all logic dictates that all religious/spiritual things are completely manmade and don't exist, and almost every single one use emotional manipulation /fear tactics to make you believe
instead of wasting your life for an afterlife that doesnt exist, enjoy your life and live in the current moment <3

You’re just as unbearable as religious people pushing their religion on others. Religious experiences and spirituality are deeply personal and meaningful for many people. Though they may seem irrational from the outside, they can provide purpose, community, ethics, and transform people's lives in positive ways. Dismissing all religion as emotional manipulation overlooks the profound role it plays for the devout.
Philosophically, it is arguable whether logic and evidence alone can definitively prove or disprove metaphysical questions like the existence of God or an afterlife. There are reasoned arguments on multiple sides made by smart, rational people of different faiths. Remaining open-minded to diverse viewpoints is prudent.
Scientifically, we understand very little about consciousness and what happens after death. Absence of evidence is not necessarily evidence of absence when it comes to complex phenomena beyond our instruments' capacities. Outright rejecting all possibility of anything metaphysical could be seen as scientifically premature.
Practically, most religious traditions emphasize ethical living and present understanding in this life, not just blindly waiting for an uncertain afterlife. And many spiritual people report their practices make them happier and more fulfilled now. So, religion and spirituality may have current-life benefits even to skeptics.
Reasoned, evidence-based critiques of religion have value. But categorical, emotionally-charged dismissals of all faith traditions - which are deeply meaningful to millions - do not constitute a convincing counterargument. There is wisdom in retaining curious, epistemic humility regarding life's deepest questions where the jury is still out. Most religious people aim to thoughtfully balance enjoying this life with hopeful preparation for what may lie beyond.

This is very well said (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
I cant help but disagree that "all logic dictates that all religious/spiritual things are completely manmade and don't exist". They have been existing as ideas for as long as humans have existed because we made them.. i dont even wanna start with the generalized "all logic" term or there would be another long ass comment here lol
