I noticed as well, I think the artist just took their time with this chapter/episode.
Some manga artists for the last chapter/episode take their time so they can leave a good impression and also show that they care. They improved alot from the beginning as well, but you can definitely tell that they wanted to appreciate the manga and work extra hard for the last chapter.
