i've been looking for this for a while with no success. it's a BL set in a future (dystopian?) world where prisoners are sent to live on another planet or space station to do work. MC is some korean guy and the ML is some blue haired tanned dude. something about prison planet 9? planet something?

its a short shounen ai/yaoi manga where some sorcerer dude wants the ML to have the best life possible. so he uses all of his overpowered skills to make sure he succeeds and marries the princess. but during the proposal, the ML suddenly reveals his feelings to the sorcerer and they run away. happily ever after or whatever. i can't find it no matter what and reading "My Loyal and Affectionate Shadow Wizard is Being Naughty" reminded me of it.
