At first the ml didn't seem genuine but instead just calculating because you don't know much about his background/real motive and you don't see much of his thought. However, chapters after chapters, you feel and see he genuinely likes mc.
But since you didn't have his pov in most of the starting chapters, you just feel uneasy about ml which can be discouraging about continuing reading this bl because you think he's a fake ass bitch lol. The mc, in the other hand, maybe i'm biased but I don't really like him because I felt he was like a naive shojo girl ngl......he fell in love and reciprocated ml too easily when ml did his push and pull technique on him lollll.
So in the end, most of their cute couple moments...I didn't enjoy them or rather...I didn't feel anything like...I didn't think for a moment that they were cute lol
I feel their relationship irl would turn out toxic at some point tho
- oh and chapter 46 and ofc haha the parents did something but when mc went to his house, he found out ml moved away which is so cliché so timeskip to college and end of s1
- I looked at the raws and they meet again in college and they hugged, like the ml didn't do a weird episode where he's acting like he doesn't remember mc or act like stranger like avoiding him or anything...which is GREAT !
they seems to have gone back into a relationship and chapter 53 ml ask if their "live together in college" thing is still valid !!!
but the thing is he still received a call that he ignored in one panel which might be his mother...........so he might still be tied to his parents even tho he desperately wanted to leave them forever when going to college...
conclusion : it's a mid ass bl, yall should focus on more interesting bl than this one...
the plot is so common, the art style (even if still pretty) doesn't stand out and doesn't really help to feel the emotions across the drawings which is weird and concerning because the characters are not expressionless at all...maybe the story is just too bland lol /!
I didn't feel connected to the characters at all, and didn't find any of their couple interactions cute which is alarming...

OH and he didn't do anything to hurt mc, he was just weird in the beginning with all his possessiveness ! he would say typical lines like "i like that you're not friend with our classmates" "stop doing this with him, do it with me instead" and the mc wasn't weirded out lol
absolutely love the ml!!!! he's so straightforward with his feelings with mc that there is no room for misunderstanding. He's so deeply in love that he actually thought about changing industry career and deleting his account to have a real chance with mc....now this is devotion if you ask me
At first I was scared he was a nonchalant playboy typical ml because he did see that mc was into him and jumped on this opportunity to make out with him.
However, he falls deeply in love/has a lot of admiration for mc EARLY ON that you can truly feel his sincerity (which a lot of ml lacks because you can't read their inner thoughts unlike this ml lol) so you know he will not do anything really twisted (except hiding he works in the ad industry and that is mc's archenemy but BRO HE HAS NO CHOICE FR...i forgive him it's not reallly that deep imo)
and they match so well !!!! they both sucks at cooking, are neighbors, work in the same industry (haha), ml changed job after seeing mc's works before even meeting him, bro ITS TRULY FATE!!!!
They actually feel like real adult, as they can freely flirt (& have sex lol) and slowly build a relationship without making them look like they are as inexperienced as highschool boys yk (they are 29 yo and 33yo lol)
Also, the MC isn't some naive pushover like you often see in business/workplace plots!
They feel really equal as mc is competent & talented and ml admires his work (usually the mls are portrayed as people more competent so they look superior to their mcs...to give them a more bossy, incredible career CEO image yk)
