Okay I’m so lost on when the author plans to make us actually like the LI or at least do anything with his one note ass character. This couldve been the perfect opportunity for character and relationship development. Even if the LI wasn’t a total sweetheart, he could’ve had a small smile and a thank you or something like hello? I know Alex in BJ Alex was cruel at times but was it really this bad? I don’t know… this is feeling pointless
I don’t understand why we or Dan are supposed to be offended or shocked by Dan being told this? The LI has never shown or given Dan any reason to think he was special for him to be this delusional. I still don’t even understand how Dan has any feelings besides annoyance for him. The author is just telling instead of putting in any work to show
I don’t mind the AUs but is it setting up for them to get together with the little one grows up in the main story.
I genuinely hate the love interest so much like it’s getting actually painful to read

The “you’re home” “I’m home” moment is so sweet and cute. A lot of BL only focus on sex which ofc it's a given since sex is just part of the genre but it’s nice to see ones that have little cute subtle romance/sweet moments like that
Okay I’m ngl, I’ve read other toxic stuff before but this just feels depressing reading from Dan’s POV. His granny, the gangsters, having to deal with this idiot, I just want him to firmly stand up for himself and stop being passive because I’m sorry, it’s really hard to read a character that just seems to be a punching bag
