my guess is that it would make valtan boring as a character. we've all seen the "love interest that gives up everything in the name of love" kind of tropes, but being born male gives his character way more complexity since even if valtan's love is still simple, the dynamic between him and mc is not.

The physical raws are at volume 7 that surprisingly stops at chapter 40 the same as the translation here.
The only difference is at the ending of the volume there is a short novel and an art picture of the new 2 gods that showed last at chapter 40
