Miss Wistash they were talking about was FL, the Tramp is Lady Eustace.
Fl was miss Wustash because she was taken into the fiances home hence given the name, when she left she got her family name back. And yes Lady Mustace was after fl's guy because he never shoved affection for fl, so everyone was looking down on her. Look at chapter 7.. the guy didnt even know she owned so little... he though she was spoiled and wasited pney one cloths and jewlery because thats the rumors about her.
