Miinya is a very trope-y character so far but it's not bad :) and the translations are great!!
these are some of the most lackluster sex scenes I think I've ever read in a BL. Like I genuinely don't feel anything from them and have learned to just skip them? I also don't really believe they love-love each other because everyone's emotions and their problems/issues lack a lot of depth. It's pretty good but the author and artist can both improve a lot still.
a severely repressed person has to shoulder the blame for a war that was in no way his doing? fucking hate everyone except the main three and a few extras, which means it's a shit story
