Uhhh, we’ll; there are many ways in which u can do this...coping mechanisms work differently for everyone. Some may like be more in tuned to physical activities: dancing, exercise, yoga, walks etc. ( anything that deescalates/reduces the stress, and gives you a way to expend the built up frustration or stress) Others my be more attracted to less ...... reply
Bwahahahhahahah, yes; although my siblings know that I do read bl and gl—they don’t know what I actually read. So one day I accidentally screenshot a page because I was hurriedly turning off my phone so my siblings can’t see what I was read (The Good Doctor) and I noticed it, but was going to delete it later when there was no one else around....... 2 reply
