Honestly I might actually check out the novel. I like this manga but I feel like it's missing a few details so hopefully the novel fleshes things out more.
Do it. It will either make or break the story for you. It reveals more of their internal monologue esp how Gale and Douglas thought of Chika haha....and the warped 2nd generation. I personally have a lot of resistance there but the author just wraps it up in a pink chroma filter... QAQ
