His father is kinda right. Felix should not rely so much on Giovanni. I know this is fiction, a fluffy romance story and I enjoy it for what it is. I don't doubt for a moment that Giovanni would support Felix forever and ever (he's after all "his miracle" and he relies on Felix's warmth so much more). Still... it would be realistic for Felix to feel inferior, on a socioeconomic level. Him going down on Giovanni is kinda sad, after all these panels of Felix thinking he somehow failed Giovanni and messed up his birthday. But hey, these are just common relationship obstacles to be overcome ╮(￣▽￣)╭
I agree that Felix shouldn’t have to rely on gio so much, more for his own sake since it’s obvious through out the story he’s felt inferior, so I hope during season 2 they focus on him finding his career path and so far, I see its going that way. I just hope that it’s what he wants and I don’t really want his dad to get his way. Also the fact that Felix doesn’t want to be taken care of by gio and is feeling like this, Is what make a this so wonderful and realistic ( sorry for the long text, just wanted to share my crowded thoughts) (▰˘◡˘▰)

Even these brief moments of defiance by Nakyum are so good. They make me want to know more about him. "Nakyum despises arrogant, filthy nobles like you"... this is interesting. Is his disdain because of some kind of philosophy? Is it the envy of a better life? Or maybe, his negative experience(s) with nobles (obviously before this one).
I feel like I know next to nothing about who Nakyum really is. If his sister is the plot device that, aside from moving the plot, will help us learn more about Nakyum and make him more than just the pushover/victim uke, I love her already.

What makes me anxious over Heena's appearance is how this will affect Seungho's approach towards having a relationship with Na-Kyum, because now he can't treat Na-Kyum as if he's his possession anymore. And as for Na-Kyum, he now has a place to go back to, someone who genuinely loves him for who he is. This is a sincere threat to Seungho's hold on Na-Kyum because now Na-Kyum not only has a reason to leave, but someone whom he can leave with and never come back. Seungho knows he can't win against something like that.
And just like that, all the emotions this story had evoked more than a year ago... came back. I normally dislike reincarnation endings. They make me sad. This story managed to depress me so deeply that I'm actually pleased with the epilogue. It doesn't make much sense (since they seem to have retained all their memories), but I'll take it. If we can't have endings like that in fiction, where can we have them?

Getting cloudy eyes, feeling sorry for Na-kyum and at the same time being turned on. Ugh, the art is so good and juicy. I pray that Na-kyum grows a spine. I don't know how and I don't know what he can do in this situation, the relationship dynamic is sooo off and imbalanced (especially thanks to the time period). Still, he needs major character development... or simply a personality.

Ah, this manhwa gives me life! Love the characters, both of them with strong, distinct personalities, especially Sangwoo. With his inflexibility and stubborness this is gonna be a real slow burn. Love their dynamic, a good antagonistic romance with no toxicity. Jaeyoung is low key sweet in this chapter (17). Is it part of his plan? Is he playing it hot and cold? I'm skeptical, seems too early for their romance to begin... but, oh boy, will I savour every moment of it when it does.
