love how the author shows the harsh truth of queer relationships can be. most of them didn't end up together cause of how people view them from thier fucking ugly eyes, and wearing a mask hiding their true identity so that society will accept them.
welp some them ended up together and accept the reality. but still relationships between human isn't always going to be perfect. (if that makes sense like huh)
anyway blah blah this is a "cinematic" masterpiece like bruhhh look at the fucking art and cinematography aghhhhhhhhhh i fucking love every panel and it feel so good to be alive.
well done author/artist/penguin
okay okay how do i put this together uhhhh, tbh this was really really fucking beautiful and honestly i haven't read something like this and oh god i havent cried something like this like i was in tears when its almost over, all those flashbacks panels. god love how depressing and beautiful this is (if that makes sense).
i started reading this yesterday and ended finishing it today. i was supposed to be binge-reading 'blood on the tracks' but i was way more interested in this plot, like i gotta know why would a blackmailing story would be so "fucked up". Also, the ending was hella satisfying, after all that shit had been through they finally found what is called 'happiness". Glad the author ended that way.
I'm too lazy to put more words to this but like i said, this is a beautiful beautiful coming-of-age manga and wtf. now i gotta read some reddit forum and watch 20 minute video analysis about this manga. (▰˘◡˘▰)
I keep coming back here and re-reading more. There's so many quotable quotes here and I am just mindblown on how fucking cinematic this BL is. I also get depressed while reading this for some dumb reason like, how scary the adult world is, or the harsh truth of queer love is. This is definitely my favorite!!! Also some of the sex scene here is just *chef kiss*
I really really want to take a shower with them
