He also capture all uke's family and want to beheaded them which makes uke can't forgive seme and lead to their divorce. The person who always saved uke is 2nd seme. He sacrifice mounts and skies just for him but at the end uke still choose ML because that guy was his first love and 2nd ML died very tragic. In Black Lotus novel seme truly put big effort to redeem himself. His backstory somehow a little understandable. But silent lover season 2 is totally out. His suffering wasn't enough and the reason he mistreated uke also nonsense. More like he had inferiority complex and jealousy bitch...

I have read silent lover novel second season. By the end of it I wanted to capture the author and take them to a therapist. What is going on inside their head to write some of vile stuff I have read.

I mentioned Black lotus because the seme over there is also trash. I was just adding to list of trash semes.

When i read the first season I was like wtf is this sh*t but after the second season I was very much worried about the author.

Eh you should check out Non-zero sum and No reason. Both I personally think are worse. Both involve forms of mind break. Another is Moretones, Pufferfish and Dolphins, Sadistic Beauty Side Story (BL), Frenzy Train.

Plus LOTS of manga tends to have a lot darker stories than manhwa and manhua combined. One example is Harada who is a mangaka that mostly makes dark stories with messed up tops. Maybe because Japan is a lot more chill about their guidelines so tons of topics are way darker and published as well (compared to Korean manhwa since all manhwa are created more recently and abide by current morals and guidelines).

I'm reading Quiet Lover because of this comment, and it's actually pretty good.
You can't compare it to an abomination like Black Lotus. Yes, the seme is an addhole, but honestly - I've seen much worse (yes, the bar is really low).
The story is nice and i actually really like the uke.

That’s why I only mentioned lesser known or newer stories. As well as the fact that the author themself said it’s not considered romance, more psychological. It’s obvious stories on serial killers would be dark. I only mentioned stories where they aren’t counted as serial killers but are just seriously messed up in the head.

Each of the stories I mentioned have some form of mind break and/or physical abuse. No reason has the ML physically abusing the MC, r@ping, and letting and giving the MC to his gang members to gang r@pe. Oh and he also killed all of MC’s friends, etc.

Yes, by the seme cause he thought yul slept with the glasses dude (the glasses dude lied to the seme that he slept with the uke since he like him and gor rejected hard time). So the seme then get mad and tried to test if the glasses dude really slept with the uke, hence, raping him on the process.
