What the hell is going on in the most recent chapters? Was abductor guy being bullied and raped by the skinny dude in high school?

SPOILER ALERT

Seungheo and Dohyeon were friends/fuck buddies during highschool. The assumption is that Seungheo really liked Dohyeon (and still does) but the latter only plays and pushes him around. It is hinted in the previous chapters that Dohyeon just dumped Seungheo and broke his feelings completely. The reason why Dohyeon barely remembers Seungheo isn't revealed yet, but people are speculating that it's because of his motorbike accident.
