Who else on here is vegan? I'd love to hear about you! And/or foods you eat. :) Thank you! <3

Not vegan but vegetarian. Funny story about y I’m a vegetarian tho. I was just to lazy to say I hate some meats and decided to just not eat any lol (=・ω・=)

Vegan + Honey
Honestly, just about everything. Lentils for your base protein, tofu and other soy-based products from time to time (not a big fan), shitton of vegetables as a base and fruits in between as a snack.
I eat very simple, though. My favorite dinner is mashed potatoes with carrot and green peas. That should say a lot, lol.
Also I stick with honey only for tea + ginger + honey + lemon combo. Great for autumn colds and well, not much else. I use date syrup as a regular sweetener.

My favorite foods change but most often they're peanut butter, popcorn, bread, jam, beans, corn, fruit, nuts, brussels sprouts, pasta, and hot spices like chipotle powder. Oh! And I love mustard and ketchup. It's how I get vegetables down. Wait, how could I forget - pumpkin! Bliss. And coffee, and chocolate, and nice cream.

I really like bread with veganaise, miso, onions, and tomato, fried polenta is also really good. lately I've been really into putting smoked paprika on anything, including buttered toast. It gives a really unique flavor. I also recently discovered a yellow coconut oil which is flavored really yummy and much healthier than earth balance: https://www.iherb.com/pr/Nutiva-Organic-Coconut-Oil-Butter-Flavor-14-fl-oz-414-ml/68678?gclid=CjwKCAjwi_b3BRAGEiwAemPNU6olOYoloYhcDCXWLhHhCiD5fdNvLGBmnUoN0lNja_B2OLrrTOJZnhoCXGwQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

I'm ready. I'd love to hear about ANY thing that helped you, or if you're still going through this.

Honestly I was lucky and me and my "ex" separated on really good terms (actually still loved each other) but I think that's why it was still so painful. So get some good crying in, sleep a bit, call up a friend and go out for some fun. And if you don't want to be around people just go try something new by yourself. Distractions can be so helpful as a cheering up method. Like I cut my hair the shortest it had ever been because my boyfriend loved long hair and to move on I wanted it short.
Ps- icecream is LITERALLY the best answer if all else fails

For me it's not even close. I think either way would be nice but I'm okay with my life as it is because yaoi is safe and always there and is a huge source of pleasure, excitement, and happiness. <3
that sounds unhealthy ngl
Umm, I am not sure how to respond to that. Yaoi and other things are just fun hobbies. A hobby should never be more important than a person, especially if they are your significant other or family. I like reading all kinds of comics, being an otaku is a part of who I am but I would never feel like it is more important than my girlfriend. Hobbies are supposed to make us happy and entertained so of course life is better with it. But it shouldn't go to a point where you feel like it's more important than people in your life, except if the people 'important' to you are jerks who don't respect your lifestyle and privacy. ( ̄∇ ̄")
That just means your boyfriend is not that important to you. If objects out-weight your relationship with someone then that person isn't worth much to you.
Everyone is different, and we all perceive reality depending on our experiences.
Your boyfirend doesn't have to be your top priority in life but if your not 100% comortable with your partner maybe it's time for you to be single for a while.
It's better being alone than being with an unsatisfactory partner/friends.
Wish you the best.
...I'm not a relationship expert or anything but are you okay with your boyfriend? I mean, I'm not interested in being a relationship right now so I'd probably feel like you are if I were you. Maybe you need to double check your relationship with him before it gets complicated. Good luck (▰˘◡˘▰)
Just to add to the other replies, you should always be your #1 person. It shouldn't be your boyfriend/partner/friend/parent/spouse/etc. Having your partner as your #1 person leads to unhealthy dependent relationships where you're giving and giving and not getting anything back. However, an object being more important than your relationship with a person is something you should reflect on.
