There's a lot of fucking, but once you get over the start of the typical yaoi storyline and it gets into a B plot as well it hits some VERY serious notes. Not that the begining is shit or anything, it's a nice story, but as it goes on there's some serious topics of death, overdosing, and consent. People having relationship struggles that are realistic.
