There's actually one I know of, it's called myreadingmanga.info it's kinda easy to find. It's not well organised and I dunno about their community or if there's one.
Here is like some kind of last resistance. 99% of the others were taken down years ago. There are still some hidden forums and u can also take notes of the scanlation groups of the stories u like and go following each of them since usually they are kinda small and are able to hide. A lot of good people still translate out of good will and post in blogs and if u look well enough u may find in tumbler too. I hope I helped. ╥﹏╥
