I think aisha is like a nickname, since she grew up in the village only her mom and dad called her Aisha, while her full name is anastasia bla bla very long name.
Aisha is her pet name, or so I understood
I'm not sure, but from what i know when someone is raised as commoner they have to change their name when they enter the palace.

This happens aaallll the time in a very broad range of genres for manga. In a way I think it's to emphasize that they are the "main" couple with the height difference while everyone else is more average
