I'm pretty sure they use different times as the u.s , it's like military time in the u.s. 17.00 should be 5:00 cause 1700-1200=500 and 26.00 is weird cause 2600-1200 is 1400 and I'm guessing it's 2:00 am? Though am times

There's 12 or 24 hour clock; 26 is never an hour.
