I read the novel up to 600 chapter and everytime they interact with each other, my brain couldn't help but scream GAY!

They separate.. do they separate and are able to actually meet?? I used to obsess over how they ended up sharing a body and not synchronizing like others… the actual mechanics of 2 ppl sharing a body, whether or not Granfell actually existed before Lee created his character, or did he actually write him into reality. This story really gets you thinking!!
Also in your fantasy who is the bottom? Lee is natural choice right? But imo it’d be better if aGrandfell was bottom, so he could just relax and enjoy it. Him as a top… fucking with that serious no nonsense face/attitude is hilarious to imagine!!

I read the novel on pindang scan, it currently has 633 chapter translated, the translation is pretty decent imo, as for spoilers... I already gave some here, you can look at my profile topic.

And about how they share a body and how it came to be, that's another spoiler that i can't give you cuz season 2 starts sorry T-T but I think Grandfell actually did exist first before Hoyeol write his setting, there's actually so many things unanswered cuz Grandfell keep hiding secrets I'm so frustrated while reading too, but I recommend reading the novel cuz it's great.

Hoyeol def bottom fr, he just have that bottom energy even in the novel and Grandfell might be stoic but he does shows quite a bit of emotions around Hoyeol, there are times when he chuckles when Hoyeol taunts him, smiles at Hoyeol, demands green tea to Hoyeol, being picky, cries, being protective (kinda yandere ngl), going crazy when he thought he's gone, being sad when they're fighting(?), and I think that's pretty cute of him but ofc he's always spouting out cringe words lol.

Oh WOW!! Ok your last bit about them, looks like you really need to read the novel to get that vibe from them! I wanna say there’s very little of that shown here in manwha(?)… BUT I can’t say objectively b/c honestly I didn’t read hardly any of season 1.. I’ll explain.. some years back I was in a car accident, I was T-Boned by a lil old lady and my head ricocheted from my window to hitting my forehead hard on windshield and it caused permanent, pretty major damage to my brains frontal lobe.. negatively affecting my memory, especially retaining information. I went from avid reader to someone that would read a book and by chapter 5 I’ve forgotten or jumbled up chapter 1-2 ETC. So I actually watched a 5 hour Utube recap video of season 1.. for some reason it’s easier to remember.. my favs I watch repeatedly.. I’m actually watching it now! rarely do these recaps actually go page by page so something’s are lost, so I never got that vibe from them. I’ve tried reading a few light novels of my favs.. though I appreciate more when ppl post long spoiler highlights on Reddit like someone did for Youngest Son of the Swordmaster.
Player that hides his past is definitely high on my list of favorites, it lives rent free in my head, so I’d definitely try to read novel!! Wish there was a physical, translated copy to buy so I could highlight important stuff etc.
hella frustrating to know even at 633 chapters you know very little about Grandfell… and you gave a MAJOR spoiler that has my head spinning!! Going crazy when he thinks Hoyeol is gone??!! When,what,where,how!!! Hahaha!!

There's no need to force yourself to read the novel though, you can take it easy because well, i plan to give more spoiler if this season ends I guess... So you can enjoy the manhwa version first~.

I wasn't the only one frustrated too yk, even our Hoyoel complains a lot to him, and everytime... He just remain silent -_-.

About the spoilers i give, I've already given about uh... 15 spoilers including 2 bonus spoilers heheლ(´ڡ`ლ) oh and don't worry about romance cuz ain't no way it's happening when the two of them are only thinking about each other .

It was around chapter 300 or 350s, Grandfell went on a rampage and almost crushed Nam Taemin (the buff, red haired guy) because Hoyeol went unconscious inside the body, he also mentions that Hoyeol was stolen from him and was about to destroy a certain 'World'.(This doesn't count as spoiler cuz I already write this one).
