following the success of Yuri on Ice: have you guys ever wondered what will happen if No. 6 is released in 2017?
link to the manga http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/no_6/
theres also an anime adaptation which imo is okay, but a lot of ppl doesnt seem to like it. personal preference.
hi! No. 6 is the name of a manga / anime, so my question is, what if No. 6 is released now (2017), instead of years ago. in case you've never read or watch the anime, No. 6 has healthy portrayals of a gay couple as well. although their romantic relationship is not the main point of the story, their strong bond is shown throughout the manga / anime, kinda similar to Yuri on Ice imo.
I don't really think they're comparable. People tend to take BL context out of all sports anime regardless of whether or not there is actual romance. While I very much enjoyed No. 6 and appreciated that the romance wasn't a big part of the story, the plots and targeted audience are completely different.
OH GOD you had me shook!! I thought No.6 was coming out with a new sequel and I was so confused! (≧∀≦) In answer to your question, although their relationship was implied in No.6 it wasn't much of a subplot as in YOI. Like LessThanThree said, romance wasn't as big of a deal rather then YOI. Most of it's plot dealt with disease and poverty, while YOI was more of a fun, active, romance driven anime. Both are obviously wonderful and amazing stories but still cater to different audiences whether there was BL elements or not. No.6 probably wouldn't have been as popularized and successful as YOI if it had came out in 2017, but regardless of it's time, if it's drama and action pull people in rather than the attraction between the two male characters I say it would still get talked about just as much as YOI does. I feel like I made this so much more complicated than it actual is lol

As I know, in train sex, it should be at least 4, 5 or more people...
I don't exactly know if there's a specific term for that position in gay lingo, only one I know is the one at the middle is called 'lucky Pierre' .
But in my threesome collection I use "sandwich"as a term for semexsekexuke position ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
as they are classified as a psychological phenomenon, does this mean that the ppl involved dont have genuine feelings?
i know how a lot of ppl dont like mangas abt a captor / abuser and a hostage / victim who fall in love with each other. but i personally like the romance. and i feel that it's unfair to judge them just bec they fall in love in an unusual environment.
this is just my opinion, and id like to know what other ppl think abt this.

wah, that was hard to answer.
when it comes to people, no one can box them and tagged it with one word as if they are all the same.
maybe some people yes, some people not, maybe some people really have genuine feeling and loves each other, when the other just caught on the situation and decided to go easy on himself/herself then adapt with the environment. and maybe there are people who just so fucked up and don't care what happen as long as they can life, they keep living their life.
I think it just depends on which character you're talking about. Some characters doesn't know how to express their feelings in a way that most readers like and so they used brute force to express it, which usually results in rape. But it's not like they do it because it's fun or enjoyable or anything, it just like they had a rather twisted way to show it. They just don't know how to express their love gently or just staight out tell their partner about their feelings and because of this, they resort to violence.
On the other hand, in the other group, these characters are characterized as sadists and only seek pleasure in sex, enjoying torturing their victims. And in this case, no genuine feelings are involved.
The feelings come from abuse and manipulation. The captive mistakes kind actions from their captor as sincere kindness, when in reality it's only used so the captive thinks that. If the captor talks about how previous bad experiences led to them kidnapping, then they're playing on their captive's sympathy and empathy. They may talk about horrible things that they went through that never actually happened, just to make their victim feel worse for them.
If a normal person is nice to you instead of beating/raping you, that's expected, because kindness is a basic human decency and beating/raping people is messed up. But the victim is so accustomed to being beaten/raped that small acts of kindness seem major, which is how the captor takes advantage of their captive.
The feeling are "real" as it is what the captive feels, but it is not true love. It's the human psyche coping with trauma.
You can obviously enjoy works that involve Stockholm syndrome leading to real love, but it's very unrealistic towards real Stockholm syndrome and the factors that go into it.
i believe that stockholm syndrome is based upon the victims psychological trauma and becomes dependent on their capture, it is hard to say if they actually develop real feelings of love, but i do believe that based on the situation they become dependent on eachother and it leads (or develops from) the sexual relationship and tension created between the twp
it's about someone willingly following another person as a hostage bec he's bored with his life or something? i remember one of them said they wanted to commit suicide (dont remember if it's uke or seme). and theres this scene where someone got sick, so the other person took shower altho it was dead cold and embrace (as in hug) the sick person to sleep without wearing anything, and repeated the process until morning (to cool down the sick person's temperature)
sorry for the ass explanation, but thats what i can recall. would be very grateful if someone can help me find the name. :)
okay, this is an unsusal question. does anyone have a picture of a guy putting his necktie in his shirt? like, he is wearing the tie on his neck properlu, but to avoid getting the tie stained, he puts the end of the necktie inside his shirt pocket. i've seen quite a few times in mangas, usually when the character is eating or washing dishes. pictures of a real life person are also welcomed. i tried searching for them on google, but dont know the right term to use. thanks a lot!
I have seen them toss the tails over their shoulders ... but not the tucking bit.
While i was in Japan i saw it. Usually when eating but in those situations don't really have the opportunity to take pics :D
thanks! glad to know that some people do practice that irl :)
thats what men said when i mentioned this. according to them, it's more practicel to just toss their ties over the shoulder
