Yes, this was a masterpiece in terms of the idea and art, but the way author represented the idea kinda weak. I'm totally into the first half of this manga. Until before Jeremy going back again at Boston, i keep crying and totally into the character. But in the mid of the chapter, it's became kinda boring and some action keep repeating. The story become dragging and makes me tired to read it. I keep considering to drop this manga, but the 1st half of the manga makes me want to continue to read it. Glad to finish it because towards the end chapter, the plot become interesting again.
I'm late, but I do want to discuss this point. I agree it felt boring, because the same actions kept repeating; however, I believe that was the point. They even realized themselves that this push-and-pull game of theirs was toxic to both of them and to the people around them. I think one of the major points where they move a step forward in a new direction (away from the past) is when they start to break from routine. They finally are able to communicate with each other and break away from this continuous cycle that haunts them. It's a series of action. I just thought everything they did was meaningful for a reason, not for romantic development but rather for them get to the point where they both can actually talk about what happened.
Nice perspective to see, maybe I should go with that kind of mindset while reading it. But, yeah, i just hope the repetition would not be boring, maybe add some plot that have some spicy on it. Just my opinion. But great manga anyway.

Instead snapped at him, why not explained properly bout the proper life and adopt him in your family, at least u can save him from the pervert bastard in the first hand.
