No rape, it's consensual because even though Kim dan may not be too eager about it, he still agreed to do it for an exchange. Also the ML does have some issues but I believe that he has some dark past that made him like that, he is redeemable. Personally I like it, the smuts amazing so I will recommend it

It is consensual for me to some extent because it's not like the ML sugar coated stuffs and mislead the MC, he was quite straightforward from the beginning itself and the MC knew what he was getting into but decided to do it anyways, so it is consensual. But things will improve just like it did with BJ Alex because the story line seems similar and the ML is yet to face his true feelings about the MC, both haven't actually face their true feelings yet. The author is developing their characters slowly but surely, most especially the ML. He may be a dick, like literally in bed but he's not that bad, he has helped the MC so many times unlike those people who just wanted to feel up the MC and when he refused they framed and fired him. He gave him a lot more than he asked for and that's also why the MC can't seem to really hate him. So personally for me, no matter what people say about the ML, I think that he has his own skeletons in his closet just like everyone else, which we will get to see as time goes on.

Yes, unfortunately there’s a lot especially in the beginning. Not really between the love interests but there are maybe a couple dubious scenes near the end.
