Dojin wakes up in his bed and sees that the ring YD gave him is still there. So he decides that he will trust him and wait for him. He continues with his day to day life and time flies by.
Fast forward he's an old man now lying in his hospital bed. Dojin's nephew comes to visit him. They talk for a while and then she falls asleep beside him. In her sleep she sees that she is back to being an elementary school child and infront of her are young Dojin and YD smiling and holding hands. They say something to her and she smiles.
When she wakes up she sees that old Dojin has passed away with a smile on his face. ╥﹏╥
The last panel is Dojin and YD walking together holding hands
I don't think I'll worry much. Seems like MD has a plan and now way in hell I think he'd let them have sex. He is just using the D's approach to teach Chanwoo a lessen I guess.

Um I read some comments and pls people Heejae is not angry at Taekyung for deceiving him but because he has a misunderstanding that Taekyung has another lover...(and that lover is his sister who looks like a gender swapped version of him)
