It might be a law or condition money wise with marriage I know in America its sometimes harder to deal with money as a married cuple due to marriage laws. So they could have gotten divorced because of that. Or it's something that just hasn't been mentioned plot wise.

I dont think we can apply the law here. We are talking about shark loan which is illegal and the condition will be given only by them.

I think her husband told her they should get divorced so the loan sharks don’t come after her again for being his wife. Her husband is a waste of human flesh and even though he got divorced because of his debt he’s also making her earn all the money for debt while he fucks around and shits their money away. He’s pretending to be kind on the surface by “protecting her from mean loan sharks by divorcing her” while in reality he’s the one who’s killing her daily by making her do everything from housekeeping to earning money for debt all the while belittling her for being in the situation he himself put her in.

I'm one of those people who was actually rooting for Taeha at first not just because he is good looking. The reason is Soo ha and him are both victim of Soo ha's father. But after reading that he was annoyed about taking care of her, I stopped hoping for a change. So I think that was enough reason and adding sex scene for almost half of the chapter is unnecessary. May two or three panel is okay. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Hmm I see your perspective but he was also neglecting the female lead and gaslight her, And he also manipulates her. He’s no longer the victim when he’s actively doing those things well with the female lead at least. His actions make sense for him, but they don’t excuse him. Female lead is not taking her anger out on him, getting married to some guy or basically abused her whole life by her father too.

Also this is smut first and romance after. Smut scenes are going to pane out whether we like it or not. I guess it’s not necessary per se, but it definitely adds to his character. And this is a build up to side chick goading him to looking more into FL’s relationship w ML I bet. It’s like the scenes between him and his side chick are just gonna be them talking over coffee. She’s his side chick for a reason they’re going to be fucking lol

I was okay at first seeing Taeha and his bitch sex part because of the smut and tbh it is hotter than Soo ha and Mr. Yoon. But I am gettimg tired of it.
