I see people in the comments section ask why there are so many injuries. But I think there’s not so many???? I know people who broke their legs and had surgery on their shoulders from baseball. It’s so easy to injure yourself as a pitcher as well since you are constantly doing the same movement and could tear a ligament/overuse it
the problem is the way the injury drama get brought up in the most stupid unreal situation is what makes ppl ticked off.. for example miyuki injury after getting purposely bulldoze by the rival, or right now the possibility of kawakami injury whereas he was not even straining in his match since days 1 and keep a perfect form every single time unlike with furuya or sawamura when he goy yips.... ppl understand that in sports injury is normal but the way the writer only used injury as a means to put a drama for the story is what bothers the reader
From what I remember Nori hurt his pitching hand/wrist while batting, i just don't remember from what chapter but I think that time his pitching hand lose its touch/feelings, turned numb i think correct me if I'm wrong◉‿◉
nori hurt that hand back in season 2 final which is in fall tournament against yakushi where todoroki is pitching his wild pitch but even then that injury is acceptable cuz he got a jammed hit hence why his hand is numb.. ppl never questioned it cuz that situation can happen.. now nori.. since the starts of act 2 even in the manga he kept practicing and keeping his top performance even in summer tournament his pitching isnt straining anything so if u put him getting injured suddenly without any scenarion behind it and just for the sake of it need drama i called it bs.. heck even ono injury is more believable plot than nori sudden injury
