at this point in time Haesoo has known Taku for like 3 months and during that time Taku has lied to him multiple times and manipulated him. He only came clean about it after being caught. and who in their right mind says "yeah ill live with you in a dif country" to someone they have known for such a short period and who has proven to be untrustworthy. idc if Haesoo has known him for 8 months, sane people don't move to a different country to date someone lol

Hey there are a reasons why Heesoo wanna leave Joowon try to moving on Taku even though he knew how Taku were all this time. Lets how they will progress. My statement above just one of many way to solve their problems, its not like Ldr never work. Many couple near me have ldr rls and they still doing fine so far. And just for your information my cousin move to another country to marry someone and they are doing fine. Dont be so biased just because you hate Taku and like Joowon.

Well, I belive people could change and be good if its related to love especially to the one they love. It will diff case if the person involved had twisted personality, and Im still looking forward how Taku's personality will change or still as twisted as ever. Im just saying nothing impossible dear

Joowon and Haesoo have a very complicated relationship and Joowon has and always will be there for Haesoo. He has been Haesoo's main support for over 10 years and in no way are they "basically strangers". Ties like that don't just disappear overnight. Haesoo is still upset about the whole thing and Joowon is also hurting and so they both need time to move forward. Also, genuinely, how has Joowon been possessive? He never once stopped Haesoo from doing anything, lied, or tried to keep him to himself.
bruh, if anyone is being possessive its taku, he wants to take Haesoo away from Joowon and his family. that's toxic af. and honestly he has no right, like who is he really to try and break up Haesoo's 10+ year relationships? for Christs sakes they arnt even dating. Also, separating people from relationships is a a major red flag of an abusive relationship. its pretty scary to me that there are people irl who would actually try to separate their partner from the people they love, like that's fuckin crazy.

lastly, I don't hate taku as a character. do I want haesoo to end up with him? quite frankly I don't care cuz I don't even like Haesoo that much. Taku is an interesting character because his motives are not so clear cut and pure as many people want to think they are. he has proven to be morally ambiguous up to this point and has done multiple manipulative things. it makes him interesting, but not a good person.

Im not biased on Taku. Im fully aware he has twisted personality thats why Im looking forward whether he will change to be more genuine or not.
But if we are talking about Joowon. I will absolutly say Big nah. Why? Because he is the one make all this situation complicated. He touched Heesoo first, make him flustered to the point fall in love and when the problem arise he told Heesoo to dont fall for him cuz the whole thing too bothersome. He make sure he will always be there for Heesoo to be what? A fuck buddy? A kind brother who will get angry if his demand not granted? Remember how angry he was when Heesoo spend the night with his bf while he want to meet Heesoo or how hard Heesoo tried to hide the fact he meet new guy. Joowon should always know who he is going out with, if the other guy nothing compare to him he will let Heesoo had his fun for awhile but if the guy is more interesting what he did? See what he did while knowing the fact Heesoo got close to Taku. Dont forget how manipulative Joowon all this time. You think this kind of rls is not toxic? Even Heesoo already got tired. Heesoo is a man too. He has pride too, even when he fully aware Joowon knew his feeling it was hard for him to admit it to Joowon because Joowon the one told him off first. Even Im hurt seeing the way Joowon talk to him before he realize losing Heesoo is a Nightmare for him.

If we're gonna use some logic in here. Nothing Joowon did was right. They are a step brother for fucking sake.

You know, I wont dislike Joowon this much if only he made the situation more clear when their parents divorce. If he told Heesoo how he felt and properly ask him going out instead of being a fuck buddy since they're technically not brothers anymore, I would gladly rooting for them.
But he did nothing. He always thought he will always be the end game no matter the situation or whoever Heesoo date but when Taku show up Heesoo started to change. He realize Heesoo wont be under his tumb forever. He felt insecure.

Also about Takuto. Hm, Taku absolutely not a good guy. He is manipulative too for sure. He has twisted personality, yup. But when he told Heesoo to cut his rls with Joowon? wow I gladly agree with him. Because their rls toxic for sure. And If remember correctly, its about their ambigous rls.
If Im in his shoes I would do the same, who want to share your partner with his ex step brother? No one in the right mind would be fine with that.

And about my statement above, I clearly said its just one of many ways to solve the problem if Heesoo and Taku will be the end game. Its not like Im rooting for Taku. Well I'll be rooting for him if in the future he will change or proven has genuine feeling to Heesoo. But if he not change at all, big nah for him too.
It will be better if Heesoo take some vacation and enjoy time for himself alone rather being more hurt.

I think we have veeerrrry different interpretations of what has happened in this story so far and I also think its ridiculous to place all the blame for everything bad on Joowon.
Im just gonna get this out of the way first and say that while not common, there is actually nothing wrong with step siblings getting together. In fact, it happens in real life. As you pointed out they are not blood related so the whole "its wrong cuz they are step siblings" to me is a red herring.

ok, onto the whole "Joowon is the bad guy he messed everything up" thing.
Did he make the first move on Haesoo? yes. did he force the relationship on Haesoo? No. it takes 2 to tango and Joowon can't MAKE Haesoo fall in love with him. like how you gonna take someone literally saying "don't fall in love with me" and twist it to he made Haesoo fall in love. Also, I do not think he said it because it was "bothersome" I think Joowon was trying to protect Haesoo and it will be revealed later what his real intention was.
Joowon says he will always be there for Haesoo as whatever he wants him to be. we gotta be reading different stories if it isn't blatantly obvious that Joowon is in love with Haesoo. or do people just always buy a ring for their fuck buddies? cuz I've never heard of that. And are you talking about the first bf Haesoo had and then broke up with? cuz Joowon was not made about that. or are you talking about when Joowon waited all night at Haesoo's apartment and he never came home? cuz he wasnt made about that either. What Joowon was made about later was how Haesoo was lying to him. Haesoo had never hidden him seeing someone from Joowon before. I mean, is it normal to you to lie about the people you're seeing? especially to someone you're fucking? thats where things cross the line from being an open relationship to cheating, though Joowon and Haesoo were never in an official relationship. Haesoo saw their relationship as ambiguous while Joowon saw himself as being Haesoo's partner because he would always come back to him.
when you say Joowon is manipulative I genuinely have no idea what you're talking about, could you please give examples instead of just a generalized statement. he tries to tell Haesoo what to do by telling him to break up with Taku, but he doesn't manipulate or lie to him, his motives are very clear.
After knowing what Haesoo was hiding Joowon got jealous and did not handle it well, he is not perfect. However, in his mind he was betrayed by Haesoo. Also I do not think Joowon has ever known Haesoo's true feelings which is why things fell apart. Joowon didn't understand Haesoo and Haesoo didn't understand Joowon.

it was exactly this misunderstanding between them that lead to their ambiguous relationship all these years. And again, I think we will learn more about this later on.

Taku's motives towards what he is doing to Haesoo are not love. even now he is manipulating Haesoo. Taku's goal is to replace Joowon in Haesoo's heart, as in, to kick Joowon out of Haesoo's life, not to form some pure loving relationship. Taku thrives off the drama. You can see it in the way he is drawn and how he is always observing Haesoo (especially in the latest raw). Not to mention how he intentionally riles up Joowon multiple times to make it seem like Joowon is the crazy one and is just very underhanded. Also even now, Haesoo maintains that Joowon is important to him so its an extremely toxic thing to do to try and cut Joowon out of his life. Taku doesn't get to make those decisions for Haesoo. you don't get to decide what relationships your partner has to break/gets to keep like ?????? why do I have to explain that.

And I guess good for your cousin, I hope it works out. But just because someone makes a bad choice and bad things haven't happened yet doesn't mean its a good choice. and yeah people get married all the time after knowing each other a short period of time. People who get married quickly also have a much higher divorce rate, go figure ╮(￣▽￣)╭ just because people make bad choices doesn't mean it was a smart thing to do. In fact, I had a kinda similar convo with my bff about her taking a trip to Europe with her new bf. I told her it was crazy to even go on a trip to a dif country with someone she has only known for 4 months, let alone to go and live with someone in a dif country.

Lastly, at this point in the story I don't want Haesoo to be with either of them. Over the course of this story I have gotten really sick and tired of Haesoo. I don't dislike Taku or Joowon, however I don't want Haesoo to get with Taku because he is so manipulative and a liar. At this point the story has dragged on too long without answering any real questions. idk how they plan to fit everything into the last 20 ch but we will see.
