so about that... most people have the ability to separate fiction from reality. it's not like someone who has a rape fetish (of being raped or raping others) is going to read a yaoi manga and do that in real life. ofc, there are rapists, but they don't rape people because of these mangas. even if they do, it's a very small, immoral percentage. most mangas with rape either have a character show that rape is bad or there's a warning page which clearly states that it's only fiction and should never be nonconsensually acted out in real life.

Okay, first of all, when did i even say that i don’t care about the victims? Of course rape is a really fucking awful, but my point is that people, these artists, are free to draw rape in their stories, because it’s called freedom of expression, and people who have fetishes have the freedom to read the stories. It’s not like they are justifying it.
