I really enjoyed this read. Some stuff I didn't personally approve but I liked how MC made any situation work out enough to continue to the next plot. I admire his ability actually. Like even when it was a bit difficult, he found a way to care for the ML in some way. Really found love in all the kinds of ways, ugh so cute. He experienced all kinds of love. Pure love, complicated love, obsessive love, dark love, enduring love, all kinds. I commend the creator for such a love filled experience. An interesting journey through and through. Personally I agree with you, but I think that reporting one of the aggressors wouldn't just lead up to that whole culture being corrected overnight. My tummy hurt feeling so bad for MC but I didn't like the pain so I had to adjust myself for the sake of the story. So, I guess he didn't stop caring about him afterall. I wasnt sure if he was being serious but seeing him run to Yule after that whole intense showdown, I don't think he was lieing. And seeing the full story, MC never broke up with Yule, Yule broke up with MC. How interesting. Made me wonder why my stomach suffered when MC just wanted Yule but felt he shouldn't be with him cause Yule said so. Story was intense . I don't know why the other guy couldn't leave MC alone. I know MC broke his heart and all, but shouldn't one move on then? Though, maybe he had been deluded since MC came back crying..,MC seems wishywashy to me. He likes Yule most but can't commit to him because of the event that happened between them. But thinking again, he may only be insecure of staying with Yule since Yule broke it off right after making MC go through all that. When MC kept asking why Yule did that, I realize now he meant why Yule left him if he said he loved him. Not just about the event in question. (Maybe MC thought he did all that because he loved him so wanted to be with him but then Yule was like, we shouldn't be together and made MC question everything and decided to disappear just to make Yule happy?) The story had so many layers. I couldn't bring myself to sleep until the alternate endings came through. I can't say how I feel exactly, as psychological reads go, this was a bit harder than most. Maybe it's my state of mind? I remember enjoying KS from all the craziness mingled into it. Did I enjoy this? Well, I think I would have more if MC was more into it. Like, usually uke enjoy spanks but bro seemed in genuine pain... I don't know. So many scenes were maybe not my taste. Structure and art wise, I liked it a lot. And if you get to the point where you find out MC actually does want Yule it gets easier to read. The beggining gave the feel of torture chamber, then it was like the feeling of its a kink thing, and we don't kink shame here so, I got used to it? Goodness...anyway, regardless of a lot of things I was hooked til the end so props to the author cause they really nailed it. Thank you for the read. It was mega intense. Sorry Ci, that was too low of Skylar...Taking his life details he shared in confidence to hurt him while he just finished watching the member of his family that genuinely was there for him in the hospital moments before. I understand many people came with questionable info about Ci, but instead of waiting like a day, when you both can talk calmly, you interrogate him right there? You want to know the truth but can't wait for him to explain it fully? Well, Sky already said he liked the other guy and even tried breaking up with Ci, so I'm not that surprised he'd first believe others words before confirming anything. I guess I thought after everything, it would be ok. I mean, Ci wasn't expecting Sky to date him right? Quite honestly, I'm sure he was ready to give that up, it was Sky who declared they should date. Hm, also, I was thinking it from a short while into their relationship, but Ci...you tried to date someone who you once said basically couldn't care less about you...im just saying, its not exactly the prettiest thing you look for in a romantic partner but he had his reasons so I accept it, but that's what I think back to after the rain scene. Sky didn't seem to care if he hurt Ci just now. Why? Because he felt he was being used. Funny how a tiny seed of doubt from that guy who stole his money and called him a friend could do. I suppose, his plan worked. Ci didn't really need to provoke that guy, after all, he was already confident no one would believe him, so why bother? Still, although it wasn't fully intentional, Ci did play a part in breaking Sky's heart by introducing ri. But he wouldn't have introduced her if Li hadn't been interested, so really all he did was expedite the potential heartbreak . Ci was in a hurry, impatient maybe, but he's always been open with Sky, leave the little strategy play he came up with here and there, but none of it was actually to hurt Sky. But Sky on the other hand, intentionally hurts Ci, even more often after they started dating. Maybe Ci is an M? In my pov, Ci basically is dating what he may believe is more caring version of the family he felt he couldn't have...same physical pains, but this time his problems are heard and he's consoled. At least, for awhile... Its a great story. Everyone is unique and interesting. Though I am worried...does that teacher think Sky is the one that's been beating up Ci? I mean, kinda but not all his injuries were from Sky....(That sounds kinda...well...) But Ci was at least accepting happiness as a possible future with Sky, so I don't know. They both hurt each other in some way but they usually use their actions to remedy their mistakes.... But even I wonder if the rain scene would be less painful if Sky had gotten angry the way he usually does verses hurting Ci with wounds of the spoken. That's all. Many hugs c:
