I think the need to show this has homosexual behavior is completly unncessary, there's just sex, no need to say it's gay. Also, due to those tags in here and Lezhin, people actually ship the main characters and consider their relationship as good. This way of thinking might affect future relationships they have.

Also, there isn't such a big deal to show this has homosexual sex, especially since the series doesn't revolve around it, and if anything they should put the smut tag.
