The story seems to be like this: MC is omega, he was dating some shitty alpha, the alpha cheated on him and got someone pregnant, then forced MC to take care of that child, the child become attached to the MC, idk what happened some time skip or what, the omega lived alone but sm reunited with the Child who now is adult and is obsessed and In love with the MC and want him to mate with him.
