The omega wasn't the one the alphas on the train were supposed to go after. It was the pink hair guy in the last pages in the chapter. The poor guy just had bad timing and happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. The glass alpha was the one who I think set up the game not knowing his coworker was in heat and also on the same train. After finding the uke, he was surprised but took the opportunity to get himself an omega slave. I don't think he has any romantic feelings for the uke.
