While reading the mtl novel at first I can understand the POV of mom. Just because she's bio related to Lilith does not mean she is warranted to have affection for the MC.
*Reading the time when the MC is in the training center and mother told Lilith not to approach her son and isolates Lilith from her half brother*
Me: Okay , I get that. It's hard to have complications especially for half siblings who did not grow up together so it's better to have them stay strangers.
*Mom tested MC and it turns out she's a primera so MC begged her not to drag her to the emperor but mom dragged her anyway since she fear that she would have consequences and mom had her memory erased by MC*
Me: Okay, I'm angry but I understand. The emperor is batshit crazy enough so I understand.
*Reading further to the MTL where she thinks to herself that it's okay for Enoch to lost anything since he's more 'privileged' and is favored by the emperor*
Me: ......Okay. Maybe it's because she's not in his shoes so as an outsider she must think that way.
*Blames MC and Enoch for everything instead of the Emperor for drafting her son because she got pregnant so the emperor withdrew the deal and applied it to her second child so she went to rant on Enoch and angry at him for not being an obedient lapdog for the emperor*
Me:.....Okay.....Maybe it's the pregnancy hormones so she can't think straight.
*Nearly miscarried and MC save her. Still blamed the MC and angry at her*
Me: Ok. She has trauma okay? So she lashes out...... okay?
*Sold the MC and Enoch for the second? Third? Time despite her family telling her not to? IDK mtl sucks. Oh I think she killed the commoners too under emperor's orders and blamed others because she have no choice. Refuses to take responsibility of her actions or at least be guilty of them. Thinks of herself as the only victim in the world and hates Enoch because he continues to defy the emperor. Still sided with the emperor even in the rebellion despite the imperial knights and Magic tower are banding against the emperor and the tides changing in favor of Enoch. *
Me: Okay. I give up. I hate her.
