I think he is not the seme. The guy on the cover looks different. So I think that guy bothered the uke for a long time and now he'll find his love and free himself and his brother.

True and the whole feel of the webtoon doesn’t give off a vibe that would lead you to thinking that they would have at least one sex scene. But, the whole censored swearing thing is a preference of who ever translated the webtoon so it has nothing to do about whether it is yaoi or Shounen ai
