No loli romance or child love story, it's just purely reliving their past memories since hyo-un is sick, he turned into a child.
I saw this kind of happening in a different Manhwa where the character gets sick, & their powers grow weaker for a while so they turn into a child in order to regain strength again. That's what happened.
I wasn't supposed to spoil but God the comments are getting out of hand with the "turning into a child romance" or "don't tell me he's gonna get freaky with the child version".
