OFC! So basically Ibelin grew up being loved by everyone around her, and she was very satisfied with that, but she had only showed off her mask. Behind her mask, she's not as nice or as gentle as anyone perceives her to be. As time progresses, the prince and the knight, who were very infatuated with her, realized she wasn't that good of a person. Because of that, she got angry because she was no longer the center of attention anymore. It's never happened to her before so she was very irritated, and she felt that Latte basically stole everything from her.
