does anyone understand what the situation is regarding updates for this series?

the latest chapter uploaded is a completely different chapter than it's supposed to be and a few of chapters have already passed in the kr side (ex. xinlu's return). i thought maybe they were waiting for official translations but there's uploads of chapters even beyond the official uploads so i was wondering why that stopped
