So, I just finished reading the raw and here are some things I can share:
1. The reason the queen was reborn 3 times was because when she was little the queen met a man who wore blue clothes and long white hair. They made a deal that caused the queen to be continuously reborn 3 times. And every time the queen is reborn, her body and soul will weaken to the point that they will broken to pieces, why? because that's the consequence. In the queen's current life, she should have died but that bastard king lit 7 lanterns and divided his soul so that the queen would stay alive, therefore the queen is still alive at this moment.
2. The bastard king remembered their past life but not the first life but the second life. do you remember at the end of the queen's second life, the queen said "if we are reborn then I won't love you anymore"? After the queen died the king became crazy and regretful and went to war and before he left he said in front of the queen's corpse "if you are reborn you don't need to do anything, let me love you" and after that the king went to war and died. And the surprise was that the king was reborn by remembering everything that happened in his second life. he carries regret, love and longing for the queen. Sooo yaah, both of them remember (〜￣△￣)〜
3. The queen met the man in blue clothes and long white hair and he explained everything that happened and brought the queen back to her first life and the two of them witnessed all the events from the beginning when she married the bastard king until she died and what happened after she died. The queen was quite surprised and it seemed like she was going to love that bastard king again....

but what I need to correct in my spoiler is that this bastard king actually remembers his first and second lives. So, in his first life after Muzhan died, he killed the concubine and his own child that the concubine gave birth to because the concubine was caught killing Muzhan. Then in his second life, he remembers his entire first life when Muzhan committed suicide in prison. At that point he became very regretful, hopeless, angry, and hated himself and went to war and died. In his current life, he recalls all the things that happened in his first and second lives when he meet the servant girl (who became his concubine in his second life) for the first time and was thwarted by Muzhan's plan and when he wanted to turn around and leave that place because he didn't want to meet Muzhan, that's where he remembered all the series of his life stories in life 1 and 2.
