Agree with all except the part about the other brother. It was said that the twins were separated at two different hospitals and the older brother's condition was the worst (they even said he had yet to regain consciousness) so I doubt the sister had a child with her twin. I'm kind of wondering if the father was someone she met at the hospital (maybe another patient who she fell in love with and they kept visiting her but was chronically ill or even a staff member from the hospital like a doctor or a nurse)
