Basically in this universe there exists three types of people; Alphas,Omaegas, and Betas. Alphas being dominant being able to control pheromones and omegas with it. Betas are a subordinate to alphas.
Omegas can be either female or male and can generate babies with the help of the Alpha's sperm no matter their gender. So the guy is basically an Omega who got impregnated with the Alpha
