I only read the first chapter, but to summarise; it’s a cliché harem. Mc good at something, good looking, female falls for him for his looks or talent almost immediately after deciding on a bad first impression of him.

Where everywhere is a war zone, theres a doctor who can ‘bring people from the dead’. This doctor meets a woman who brought in a soldier, he says they can’t be saved, to no longer bring in those types of patients and to give up on them. The woman gets upset and scolds him about how he could say that, how immoral that is and that she’d report him to the superiors. Another soldier comes in and brings another person to operate on; he lectures him on how he must follow the rules of his tent. The soldier gets upset and shoots at him, the doctor kicks him out, while the woman watches. She falls for him. He finishes up on the patient, walks outside to the woman, takes of his mask, woman ,again, falls for his looks. She stares and he asked if he’s “that” handsome, she blushes, she asks if he’s admiring her body, she seduces him into bed. And later after getting it on, she reveals she’s the princess of Denmark and that she ran away
