Why is it that it has to be like this? He's an intelligent doctor and wise but why he can't just transfer to another hospital? Would it really matter to be working in a very large and well known hospital for you to be recognize?

It's more of a case where he feels wronged about everything, so he doesn't want to just run away to another hospital. Plus, there's no guarantee that he'll be able to make a smooth sailing career after leaving one of the best hospitals in the nation, according to the manhwa, even if he is really successful with an amazing reputation, because the Chairman might still interfere with his life thanks to his ridiculously overinflated pride.
That, and it's not like Sangmin will let him go that easily either, with his twisted sense of competitiveness, I mean, he did interfere with his results to make him go into the surgery department instead of dermatology ┐( ̄ヘ ̄)┌

Can we all stop on exploiting because someone else is slave? Can we all move on and make this Niro as strong individual for everyone? Or this author don't have anything but cultivating on the story with slavery??? Tsk tsk

But I think this story is about slavery. This is all about Niro fighting against discrimination. He might be even forbidding slavery in the futur if he become king.
It's very important.
If you want a strong individual who's getting stronger for his mom or his friends without being interested in dynamics in the country there are a lot of others stories.

It’s not like slavery is all of the story. But no matter how strong niro gets there are always gonna be people who discriminate him for his background. I think that would be normal in this kinda situation but despite that niro has grown and made friends so I think the author is doing a really good job juggling the character growth and the slavery bias. Just my opinion, but I totally think the slavery bias is necessary to strengthen his character.

The beginning after the end (a second chance for a bored king, building strengh while growing up in his second life)
A Returner's Magic Should Be Special (strong mage but his real stregh is his mind, but it's really good)
Solo Leveling (if you don't know this one, he's really apreciated by a lot of people)
The Scholar's Reincarnation
Tomb Raider King
Out (Makoto Mizuta) (This one is... a little violent. But you might like it if you want fight fight fight fight fight)
Badboys (didn't read this one, but recommended in the comments of Solo Levelinf (or another) so it miht be good)
My Status As An Assassin Obviously Exceeds The Brave's (don't really know where it goes, but it's a good kill time I think)
I come back if Iink of others lol
adorableThis is beyond finesse! One of the best BL story I've read so far. This is something like a real life story that everyone is experiencing on a daily basis. This thought me that love conquers all at the perfect time in the most perfect place. That love is actually patience and would always taught yourself to be braver enough to wait for the perfect time. This story taught me how to be better in your own ways. This also made me realized that time is really important. It may not be your time to be with someone you adores the most but as soon as you discover the importance of time, you could say then that it's really perfect. Another thing is forgiveness, the story taught me to be that person, be forgiving in everything even if inside you will hurt you the most. And Enho's character is someone I really liked. With this story, he is rightfully being called the Lover Boy. His love is innocent and the same time his heart is pure. He takes all the pain for over a decade for just one person only. It never came to a point that he would stop loving a person, instead he always find a way to console his broken heart. All his tears are not purely from painful things but it was all coming from his undying love. I can't put myself to his shoes and I guess I have no enough endurance keeping inside the feelings, especially the rejection that Eunho's experienced . In general, this is something that you can be feeling different emotions. There is a time that it's much better to be away than seeing him everyday like he's not yours in all means. But as I had said, love conquers all! Keep reading guys
