I think it’s being realistic, you can’t just expect seungho to believe in what nakyum says about not running away after he’s tried doing it multiple times. And he can’t just say it because he was threatened. Sooner or later seungho will know, and that'll change him. I’m really curious to see what’ll happen and I think it’ll be really satisfying

Finally someone who analysis the story. They have different positions. Seungho is a Lord and this story is not supposed to be all happy go lucky. Seungho has trust issues and he knows himself that Nakyum wants to leave the place. They should already expect this that the character development will be slow especially since Seungho is Lord that is threatening and Possessive. I'm not saying that I support his actions both they have to know that this is a story about a painter that was forced to paint explicit paintings. As wish for character development on Seungho but I give all of my trust to the Author
