I get your point (rape in fiction is not the same as rape in reality) BUT it was still rape *in this fictional universe*.
I agree that rape IRL and rape in fiction are different things, with different weights (rape IRL should be taken MUCH more seriously). But to deny that a fictional character can be raped in that fictional universe is nonsensical. It's still a 'murder' if it happens on TV -- it's just one that has no IRL consequences. Likewise, it's still rape if it happens to Jooin, but it's only rape in-universe (with no IRL consequences).
