It was always a little bit of lust because Kazu wanted to do sexual things with him. And uke fell in love with that guy aka falling in love with the person that sexually assaulted u... it can happen in this society. Some ppl fall in love with their rapist, it's weird n rare. But yeah both ended up loving each other.
